In response to customer requests, the Cisco Extend service product can now be purchased in 12-month increments to extend a single product warranty up to three years.

Cisco equipment can be protected against future failure by purchasing Cisco Extend. This service applies an additional warranty coverage beyond the original manufacture's warranty. Cisco Extend is available for all Cisco products and can be applied to Cisco equipment world-wide.

Cisco Extend service includes the following features:

Available in 12-month increments to extend the original factory warranty for any Cisco product. Warranty is tracked by the unit's serial number; customer must return the completed registration form within 30 days of purchase to activate the extended warranty for each unit.
All repairs are performed by Cisco factory-trained technicians.
Program Provides additional investment protection for your customers' hardware.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping products to Cisco and for insuring against damage while in transit. Cisco will repair and return the units within approximately 10 days, shipping prepaid. Replaced parts become the property of Cisco.
